$1 1868 PCGS PR65 CAMEO

WOW! What a sensational “old time” looking SUPERB GEM! This is a fresh coin to the market. The mirrors are super deep and beam from all over. Amazing surfaces are pristine and look like glass. Only with a strong lop can you find super light scattered lines. If you twirl the coin the flash becomes highly impressive. This  far from being dull or drab. Both sides enjoy a subtle mix of light golden brown/blue/pale magenta toning (more so around the rims). Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted a creamy white and are 100% struck. The eye appeal is terrific! ONLY 600 were minted. PCGS 7, NGC 6, CAC 6 (we are pretty sure there is duplicate). We did sell a 1868 PR65 CAM CAC (NOT this coin) in our 12/2015 sale for $15,863.00. Demand has certainly become stronger and the coin market far more active in the past several months. True GEM Proof Seated Dollars are impossible to find nice!
