This is a dreamy fully black and white cameo DMPL. The mirrors are a full 8″ with question. Plus, the mirrors are clear and offer strong reflection. Only a few scattered minor ticks can be seen on both sides. The contrast is bold on both sides. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal is jaw dropping for sure! PCGS 127, NGC 124, CAC 21. Hard to believe CAC has only beaned ONE coin finer (an MS65 DMPL).
