We think the only reason why this coin did not PR66+RB, there is a little light streaky toning (no, the color is not turning) on the reverse. The quality is high end for sure.
The mirrors are super deep an have remarkable clarity. Both sides are about 80% GEM Mint Red with highlights of original gold/pale green colors. There are NO spots. Every detail is needle sharp in strike and has generous frost. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 39, NGC 7, CAC 6. This is a much rarer date then the pops indicate. Prior to this coin selling, the last one sold at auction brought $1,762.50 11/2014. Regardless, this coin is worth a lot because of its impeccable quality and grand eye appeal!
