An 1909S is a very under appreciated date. Its hard to find these really nice. This coin is a super 64+. The surfaces are above average in cleanliness. only a few tiny lines and ticks can be seen. A full booming luster shows off the rich original yellow gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is nice! PCGS 1914, NGC 1350, CAC 109 (3.3%). PCGS has graded 97 pieces MS64+. The last one to sell in auction brought $2,350.00 03/2016. The next step up (if you could find one) would bring $7,500.00+.
