How in the world it lasted 159 years in such a remarkable state of preservation is anyone’s  guess. Sensational surfaces are the ultimate in cleanliness and satiny appearance. Even using a strong glass to snoop around with-you will only become even more impressed. A moderate luster enhance the wild circles of blue/violet/gold/green “bulls eye ” toning on both sides. The MS67+ is impounded in the #1 all time Simpson Collection. We can tell you, this coin is pretty much its equal. ALL TYII SUPERB GEM 3CS are extremely rare.
