3CS 1864 PCGS PR65+

VERY high end quality. For 151 year old tiny coin from our Civil War era, we think this coin is an amazing state of preservation! Deep mirrors beam from all over. They have great clarity, cleanliness, and reflectivity. Hard to tell why this coin is only a PR 65+. Both sides are evenly covered by a totally original circular mix of olive/pale navy/deep gold colors. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and does have thick frost. The eye appeal is exceptional! ONLY 470 were minted. PCGS 25, NGC 37, CAC 6. PCGS has graded only this coin in PR65+. The current Collectors Universe Value is $2,100.00. It should be noted, the last PCGS PR65 to sell in auction was way back in 2008-that coin brought $1,380.00 and was not CAC. These are much more difficult to find then you think!
