What a coin! The obverse is fully 64.8++ while the reverse is 64.7+. The dreaded right reverse field has only a very minor scuff that actually can be seen only with a glass. Overall, the surfaces are clean and smooth. A surprising strong luster enhances the beautiful original gold colors. There are NO spots. All of the details are frosty and are sharply struck. The eye appeal is terrific!
PCGS 796, NGC 736, CAC 108. PCGS has graded 75 in MS64+. The last one of these to sell in auction brought $3,525.00 12/15. A PCGS MS65 CAC piece would easily cost you $11,000.00+-if you could even find one! As we mentioned in our Market Report, we did not find much PCGS CAC generic gold for sale at the Baltimore Show. Opportunity knocks loud here!
