50C 1811 SMALL 8 PCGS MS65

$22,000.00

VERY HIGH END (and we mean it)! Hard to imagine a better 1811 could exist even though there are 6 higher! Sensational surfaces are the ultimate in cleanliness and smooth texture. Even when using the strongest glass-the most we found was ONE microscopic tick-in our opinion really not enough to keep this coin from MS65+ or even MS66 (we make NO promises). A surprising glowing luster enlivens totally original and deeper olive/pale deep blue/pewter colors. There are NO blotchy discolorations. This coin is NOT drab.  Miss Liberty and every detail are razor sharp in strike and standout with light frost. The eye appeal is pretty neat! PCGS 4, NGC 3, CAC 4. PCGS actually has graded 5 coins higher). We did have this coin in our July Regency Auction where we bought it back (a legit clean buy back) for $19,387.50. Originally we had this coin listed here for $25,000.00. We thought that was too cheap. Now, with a new controller on board-he said SELL!  Prior to this coin, NO PCGS graded Small Dates have ever sold via auction. The current Collectors  Universe Value is $27,500.00. It is important to know, a pop 6 MS64+ sold for $14,100.00 02/2017, while a pop 2 MS66 PCGS CAC sold for $49,938.00 05/2103. Most of the higher graded pieces are now locked away in major collections. Opportunity knocks loud here! We love this piece very much and really want it to go to great home.
