SUPER HIGH END quality (and we mean it)! Superior surfaces are just that-superior in every way! They are totally clean and smooth-even when using a strong glass.  There are NO impairments of ANY size, any where.  An unusual strong luster beams from all over. There are beautiful subtle and totally original colors of champagne/gold/pale blue swirl vividly all over. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are very well struck. The eye appeal is terrific! PCGS 21, NGC 32, CAC 6. We can not stress enough how HIGH END this piece is. We paid a premium because it is that close to MS65+.  You just do not see PCGS CAC GEM Bust Halves offer much any more.
