50C 1861 PCGS PR64 CAMEO

VERY HIGH END. There are more lines on the holder then the coin! This is a great Civil War Proof Seated Half that is extremely lively. Fantastic deep mirrors seem endless and boldly beam from all over. The mirrors are really superior to most. They are crystal clear(NO haze), have just a few hidden light lines, and are intensely reflective. If you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. Both sides are a silvery white. Miss Liberty and every detail are pinpoint sharp in strike and are thickly frosted. No guessing here is this coin is really a cameo. The eye appeal is gorgeous! 1000 were minted, however most were melted. PCGS 7, NGC 2, CAC 2. This coin last sold in 01/2015 for $3,760.00. The collector has since passed away. You are just not going to find a coin like this (or many NO MOTTO PR Halves) offered anywhere, any time. We sold the other PCGS PR64 Cameo CAC for $4,600.00 back in 2008. Opportunity sure knocks hard and loud here! Do not think you will find another SUPERB Cameo like this.
