1927-S $20 Gold St Gaudens Motto CACG AU58+ (CAC) ALL THERE AND THEN SOME!

In the pre 3rd party grading dats, this coin easily would have been called BU. Today, standards are tight.

The surfaces do have some tiny scattered ticks that you need to use a glass to see. Nothing is big or stands out. A bold luster beams all over. Both sides are a GEM ORIGINAL brilliant gold. We do not believe this coin was messed with in any way-including being dipped. There are no spots or discolorations (including on the highpoints). All the rub is super light and really need to use a glass or tilt the coin to see any. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck. The eye appeal is really fantastic!

PCGS 22, 21, CAC 1. PCGS has graded 2 in AU58+. The last one to sell brought $34,800.00 02/2023-long before gold started its epic climb. There is a $35.000.00 Collectors Universe value. If you love Saints-especially better dates, this coin will be a more than welcome addition to your set!
