1810 50C Half Dollar Capped Bust, Let Edge PCGS MS63+ (CAC)

Wicked neat! No question this marvelous coin is VERY HIGH END! Nothing not to love here.

Very clean and smooth surfaces adorn both sides. Only when using a strong glass all we see are a few OLD and light small scratches. Nothing stands out and they are all in one area. Again, these can only bee seen with a strong glass. A surprising strong luster beams boldly all over. Both sides enjoy a totally original moderate layer of deeper blue/rose/champagne colors that are evenly spread around. This is NOT a dull or drab coin. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck-although there is some weakness on the eagles feathers on the reverse (a variety thing). The eye appeal is neat!

PCGS 28, NGC 11, CAC 8. PCGS has graded 5 in MS63+. The current Collectors universe value is only $8,500.00. The person we obtained this coin from bought it because of its cool colors. hey, even in AU58 these bring $3-$4,000.00! When you see this coin in hand, you heart will melt!
