1829 Half Dime Capped Bust PCGS MS66+ (CAC) DL HANSEN

We have handled most of the MS 68’s, a lot of the 67’s and a lot of the MS66’s. We can honestly say this is one of the neatest Bust Half Dimes we have ever seen or handled! It is SUPER HIGH END!

Overall, this coin is clean. When using a strong glass you can see a clash mark and a microscopic tick or two and that is it. To the naked eye, the coin looks clean. Remarkably, this coin is boldly semi-prooflike and has a strong luster. It definately catches your attention. A light to moderate mix of pretty champagne/golden brown/silver colors swirl together all over. This is the total opposite of a drab or dull coin. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out. The eye appeal is remarkable!

PCGS 9, NGC 24, CAC 7. PCGS has graded only 3 in MS66+ with 5 coins higher. The last 1829 PCGS MS66+ CAC to sell via auction was back in 2020. That coin was nice, but not as nice as this. It brought $5,875.00 07/2020. The current Collectors Universe value for some reason just dropped to $6,500.00-we assure you- WE PAID MORE FOR THIS COIN! What were they thinking?
