1858 Pattern J-204 1C PCGS PR64 (CAC)

A glorious and VERY HIGH-END pattern as evidenced by both the CAC bean and Eagle eye sticker.

Exquisite mirrors are strong, clean, and have great clarity. Even when using a strong glass, it’s still hard to see why this coin is only a PR64. The coin is totally original. Both sides are a GEM original bronze/gold color. There is some contrast. Every detail is fully struck. The eye appeal is fabulous!

PCGS 21, NGC 0, CAC 4. The current Collectors Universe value is $5,250.00. Do not be fooled that this is a commoner Pattern. There are less than 75 minted and we certainly do NOT see them frequently at all. A regular FE Proof would cost at least $30,000.00. These are such good deals (in our opinion).
