1875-CC 20C Twenty Cents PCGS MS65+ (CAC) AWESOME!

This is a great example of a historical and great CC date! We do agree it is well worthy of its + designation.

Clearly above-average surfaces have thick satiny texture. Even when using strong glass, there are no imperfections to be found. The luster is a moderately glowing type. Both sides enjoy a totally original pale blue/green/gold brown color by the rims. This coin actually has some life! Unquestionably, this coin has never been messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are fully struck. The eye appeal is really nice!

PCGS 32, NGC 32, CAC 16. PCGS has graded just 3 coins in MS65+. The current Collectors Universe value for this date and grade is $32,500.00. A PCGS CAC MS66 (if you can find one) would cost at least $60,000.00 today. This coin is much closer to an MS66 than a MS65! The last auction record for it brought $24,000.00 05/2023. This coin will be a great addition to ANY GEM CC, 20C Collection, or box of 20.
