R-6. 13-30 minted. Made in Copper. Do NOT let those numbers fool you. Overall, there are LESS than a dozen graded by all the services combined.
We rarely see these with fully deep and glittering mirrors like this coin has. The mirrors are super clean. When you twirl the coin, there is a “watery roll”. The color is a GEM original tan/faded brown color-VERY nice. There is some light brown toning on both sides. Every detail is fully struck. The eye appeal is gorgeous (how can you not love the design?)!
Less than 35 were minted. PCGS 1, NGC 3, CAC 1. This coin realized $24,500.00 05/2022 in the Simpson Sale. We just bought it and paid a little more. The current Collectors universe value is $27,000.00. This is a awesome example of a design for an obsolete series that could have been!
