This is a coin that absolutely borders on MS67. You’ll find no problems anywhere-even when using a strong glass. The surfaces are smooth. A gentle luster beams from all over. Both sides are a wonderful mix of totally original pale olive/deep champagne/pale blue colors. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and have delicate frost. Theye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 15, NGC 5, CAC 5. PCGS has graded possibly & in MS66+ (we did resubmit this). One of the MS66+ sold for $3,290.00 07/2022 in auction. There is another on the market for $6,000.00! It should be noted the current Collectors Universe is $4,000.00-which is clearly not up to date. This coin was replaced by an MS67. To be part of the RSD set a coin had to be all there and then some. This coin certainly is. Now you can add it to your great collection!
