No question this coin is VERY HIGH END! We have handled several MS66 $2.5 Indians in our time. We are NOT hyping you when we say this is by far one of the BEST we have seen!
Immaculate surfaces are sleek but sort of satiny. Only when using a strong glass could we find a ding or two (they are well hidden on the reverse). There is a bold luster that beams significantly all over. Both sides area GEM yellow gold. The Indian and all of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 124, NGC 74, CAC 24. The last PCGS CAC example to sell via auction brought a whopping $28,800.00 01/2024. Our coin has far more luster. The current Collectors Universe value is only $14,500.00. Do not be fooled by the pops. ANY PCGS MS66 CAC $2.5 Indian is hard to find!
