1908 $20 N/M Gold St Gaudens No Motto WellsFargo PCGS MS66+ CAC SUPERB!

We have not been a fan of Wells Fargo in the lower grades. However, in MS66+ we do like them. Beside, there are just NO Saints around in MS66+ or higher. This is a SUPERB GEM like they should be!

Considering there were thousands of coins in the hoard, to find any with out many marks is rare. We used a strong glass and looked all over and could only find a tiny tick or two widely scattered. The luster is bold and is glowing. Both sides area GEM original even gold color. There are NO spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosty and are well struck. The eye appeal is great!

PCGS 4555, NGC 1596, CAC 403. PCGS has graded 55 in MS66+. Interestingly, there are NO PCGS CAC MS 66+ for sale on the systems that we could find. Due to the extreme shortage of Saints, we no consider this date as equal to the W/M coins. There are just so few better Saints available.
