We are thrilled to own and offer this clearly superior 1913 $10. It is a myth they come nice for this date. No question this coin is a borderline MS66.
Remarkable surfaces are a delight to study. We used a strong glass and looked all over and could only find the tinest hidden tick or two. This coin is that clean. The luster is above average too. Bothsides area GEM original moderate gold color. No question this coin has never been messed with. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is wonderful!
PCGS 94, NGC 96, CAC 23. PCGS has graded 13 in MS65+. Also, CAC has only beaned 2 finer (of course our Half Dome owns one of them). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell via auction brought $15,275.00 08/2024. The current Collectors Universe value is $18,500.00.
