The quality here is all there and then some!
Overall, the surfaces are seriously above average in terms of cleanliness and satiny texture. The dreaded right reverse is extra clean. A very good luster beams all over. Both sides are a GEM original deeper gold with some pale orange gold color mixed in. There are NO spots or discolorations. Every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 189, NGC 134, CAC 37. CAC has beaned only 1 coin higher (MS 66). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell via auction brought $12,000.00 06/2024. Do not let the pops fool you. This is a date and grade that does not appear frequently. We assume there are far more than 37 people building GEM sets. There are no other PCGS CAC pieces on the market that we know of. This coin is worthy of any top GEM set!
