We used a strong glass and looked all over. We could only find a few tiny scattered ticks on both sides that might be what is keeping this coin from being a full MS65. There are NO huge whacks. Everything else about the coin is full GEM quality. A surprisingly strong luster beams all over. Both sides have a bit of totally original two tone deep yellow/pale orange gold colors. This has no “dirty” toning what so ever. Miss Liberty and the details are well struck and stand out. The eye appeal is excellent!
