1928-S $1 Dollar Peace PCGS MS64+ (CAC)

This coin is an exceedingly HIGH END GEM. We’d bet prior to 3rd party grading this coin was called an MS65. It is so close (we make no promises)!

Only when using a strong glass can we see a tick or two and a reeding mark widely scattered around. Overall, the surfaces are clean and smooth. To the naked eye, the surfaces look perfect. A strong cartwheel like luster beams boldly all over. Both sides are a light to moderate GEM original pale golden brown/original white/pale olive/pale champagne colors. This is NOT a dull or drab coin in any way. Miss Liberty and the details enjoy an above average strike. The eye appeal is wonderful!

PCGS 2110, NGC 1329, CAC 331. PCGS has graded 336 in MS64+. Its hard to offer any comps for a coin this GEMMY. Just know the next step up can cost as much as $50,000.00! This really is a terrific GEM 28S. We obtained this coin for a collector who just bought a PCGS CAC MS65.
