25C 1896 PCGS PR68 DCAMEO

This is a death defying MONSTER of an ULTRA CAMEO! Yes, this coin not only walks and talks, it glows in the dark. This piece is the equivalent to the MONSTER $1 1898 we had in our recent auction that we said was chisled from a fresh block of ice. Multiple WOW factors come with this coin. Ultra deep and never ending mirrors have incredible clarity, cleanliness, and nearly blinding reflection. There is one light hint of hidden toning (yeah, its actually hidden) still, this coin is as ULTRA BACK AND WHITE as you will ever see! Miss Liberty and the details are bold in appearance. They have sculpted full details which are covered by thick iridescent white frost. The eye appeal is phenomenal! ONLY 762 were minted. PCGS 6, NGC 12, CAC 4. The last PCGS CAC DC to sell in auction brought $21,150.00 back in 04/2014. Legend happily bought that coin. This coin is very similar (we know this is NOT that coin). It is ashame the market has spanked a great coin like this so hard. We see no reason as to why these should be priced below $20,000.00. You can’t find them hardly any more in shows or auctions. Even if you could, you won’t find many looking like this! NOTE: there was a group of deeply toned PR68 NGC CAC pieces in the Dallas ANA Auction. A similar coin to this would be the 1896-which will PR68 CAC-brought $23,625.00! Think about it, which would you much rather own? One of the best PR 25C thats PCGS CAC or a bunch of dupes that are marginal? Of course if you collect Barbers or are building a Type set, this coin is a “must buy”.
