No question this coin is one of the very best 1913 proof halves in existence! It is as fresh and original as they come. We love this coin! Incredible mirrors are deep and beam from all over. They have remarkable clarity and are ultra clean. The reflection is bold. When you twirl the coin the mirrors blaze like a freshly made sheet of glass. Both sides have a swirling mix of totally original gold/violet/blue/pale lilac colors that are vivid. Miss Liberty and every detail is pinpoint sharp in strike and has delicate frost. The eye appeal is gorgeous! ONLY 627 were minted. PCGS 1, NGC 2, CAC 1. It should be noted, the PCGS PR68 Cameo CAC sold for $42,300.00 in 2014. We know we bought his beautiful and irreplaceable piece right. Plus, PR Barbers are not exactly on fire. This coin will be a star in any SUPERB GEM Collection.
