We’ve called many coins the epitome of perfection-the one is the ABSOLUTE EPITOME OF PERFECTION! There is no way this coin saw the light of day from the time it left the bank until it was encapsulated by PCGS. The Matte surfaces are fully intact and have the right texture. Even using a strong glass you will find NO imperfections of ANY size, ANY where. The luster is average (these do not come booming). Both sides are a pretty original nickel/pale blue/pale gold color. Every detail is needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is fabulous! ONLY 600 were minted. PCGS 29, NGC 21, CAC 8 (we have placed 6 of them)! The last one to sell in auction brought $8,813.00 04/2014.
