J-0883 25C 1870 PCGS PR63

For a PR63, this coin is really stunning! It is a R-7 (7-12 minted). The reverse is identical to what was used on the regular PR Quarters.

Shiny and almost chrome like mirrors are deep, clear, and have killer reflectivity. The mirrors actually are clean, they just have a few visible lines. A light hint of russet/reddish gold colors hug the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are lightly frosted and have full vivid strikes. The eye appeal is superior for a PR63!

PCGS 1, NGC 0. PCGS has graded only 2 coins higher. The 2009 Judd book values these at $5,000.00 in PR63.There are NO auction records for any PR63’s.
