Do not be fooled by the pops (they are wrong) this date and grade is far rarer than you think! We happen to know someone who has 3 64S MS66 tags-all from this coin!
The quality is VERY high end. A little more life and it would be an MS67. Both sides are exceptionally smooth and clean. A good luster shows off moderate shades of original golden brown/pale green/russet primarily by the peripheries. Miss Liberty and the details are sharply struck and do appear boldly. The eye appeal is great!
PCGS 5, NGC 6, CAC 2. There are NO MS67’s graded anywhere. The last auction record for one of these was back in 2000 where it realized $4,025.00. Opportunity knocks loud here!
