Now that PCGS has the + button, expect to see fewer GEMs made. Basically, they have tightens all grading by half a point. This coin was no exception!
Try and find ANT GEM or near GEM $10 Indian in MS64 or higher-they are ALL hidden somewhere apparently in strong hands. We are thrilled to have found this wonderful coin!
Only a small tick or two are what could keep this coin from a full MS65 designation. The surfaces are clean overall and do appear satiny. The luster is strong and shows off totally ORIGINAL colors of orange gold. There are NO stains or spots. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. Sure looks like a GEM to us!
Regular pops: PCGS 41, NGC 33, CAC 4. Keep in mind, a full GEM MS65 will cost you at least $40,000.00-if you can even find one!
