This is a high R-7 (5-7 Minted). It is a die trial minted in alunmium.
The mirrors are above average. There is some minor milkiness (as typical to the aluminum). Overall, the mirrors are clear, clean, and do have strong reflectivity (they are not like PR silver mirrors though). Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have generous amount of creamy frost. The eye appeal is terrific!
