J- 856 1870 10C NGC PR66 ELIASBERG DENALI

This coin is a high R6 (13-20 minted). It from one of the most important collections ever assembled-Eliasberg.

Both sides have full and tangy mirrors that offer decent reflectivity. There are ZERO problems to be found anywhere. A moderate mix of light navy/purple/gold colors evenly blanket the surfaces. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have light frost. The eye appeal is excellent!

PCGS 0, NGC 2, CAC 2. There are NO auction records for a J-856 in 64 or higher. The Judd book lists a 65 at $3,200.00. We think this coin is more than reasonably priced!
