This is a R-7 (4-12 minted). It is an ORIGINAL GEM example of the With Motto Dollar.
Rich navy/purple/olive/violet colors evenly cover both sides. Surprisingly, the mirrors are deep, clear, clean, and do have strong reflectivity through the toning. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and have thick creamy frost. The eye appeal is excellent!
The extreme rarity of this GEM can not be overstated! PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 1. PCGS has graded only ONE coin higher. The last time a PCGS coin was auctioned, was back in 1993. That coin sold for $26,400.00 B+M 09/2003. An NGC coin sold in 2010 for $26,450.00 B+M. No matter what, these are extremely rare and have great historical significance.
