$20 1915 PCGS MS64+
$10,250.00
We’ve never really seen a wonderful GEMMY example of this date. They always come so crusty and yucky. This coin was a “no brainer” for us to buy as it is clearly above average.
Surprisingly clean, the surfaces are also smooth and little sleekish. No question this coin is totally ORIGINAL. The color is a the typical pale greenish gold. There is some slight toning on the high points. Both sides do have a very strong luster. Miss Liberty and the details are exceptionally struck. The eye appeal is VERY nice! Keep in mind, most 1915’s you will see are NOT so nice.
PCGS 280, NGC 362, CAC 24. In MS64+ PCGS has graded only 9 coins. The last PCGS/CAC coin to sell in major auction brought $11,500.00. An PCGS/CAC MS65 would easily cost you close to $25,000.00-if you could ever find one! Opportunity knocks loud here for the serious Saint Collector!
