10C 1902 PCGS PR67

Many collectors do not realize this date in PR66 and higher is what we call-“the silent stopper”. For what ever reason, not many survived, and certainly not many appear for sale!

This coin has superior deep mirrors. They are clean, clear, and have bold reflectivity. The obverse has a golden/lavender/pearly white kind of totally original toning. The reverse is completely deeper blue/olive-like what you see when a coin has sat on felt. Miss Liberty and the details are silvery and are needle sharp in strike. The eye appeal is beautiful!

ONLY 777 were minted. PCGS 8, NGC 13, CAC 5 (this coin maybe 2x). The last PCGS CAC piece to sell in auction brought $4,700.00 02/2013 Heritage (we recall that piece being dark too). Very important: there are very few cameod pieces ever graded. We assure you, this is a great 1902 Proof Dime-worthy of being in the BEST collection!
