It looks like a GEM MS65!

A condition census O-121. What a great looking example! This beautiful near-GEM has a warm, pearlescent mint frost and satiny sheen that brings out the sensational toning on both sides. An arching band on the right obverse rim with dappled deep blue and olive toning on the reverse. The strike is bold and the eye appeal is wonderful in every sense.

PCGS 116, NGC 72, CAC 24. There are 16 in MS64+ and the most recent example realized $4,320 in April 2022. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $5,500. Only 18 are graded finer and PCGS/CAC MS65s are bringing near 5-figure prices. This one makes for a great example for the date or type. Good luck.
