1926 $2.50 Gold Indian PCGS MS65+ (CAC) HIGH END!
$4,100.00
What a really nice and VERY HIGH END example for this date.
Remarkably clean surfaces are a highlight of the coin. Only a few light ticks in the left reverse field (NOT RIGHT) are what we think might be keeping this coin back from a coveted MS 66 designation. The dreaded right reverse fields are pretty clean. A typical luster glows all over. Both sides are a GEM original deeper gold/pale orange gold color. There are no spots. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is excellent!
PCGS 917, NGC 714, CAC 103. PCGS has graded 94 in MS65+. The last PCGS CAC example to sell via auction brought $4,120.00 08/2024. The current Collectors universe value is $4,500.00. Keep in mind, the next step up would cost you $20,000.00 if you could even find one!
