1883 $3 Gold PCGS MS62 (CAC) ULTRA HIGH END! FLOYD STARR

This coin is from a world class amazing collection-Floyd Starr. Remarkably, it has been off the market since 1941 and just popped up this summer. Now that is FRESH! We feel strongly PCGS showed no mercy here. We unconditionally grade this coin ULTRA HIGH END!

Sure looks better than just a MS62. Immaculate surfaces are highlighted by near fully prooflike mirrors. We used a strong glass and found NOTHING-not even a microscopic tick. The mirrors are have bold flash. In fact you can twirl the coin and see a watery like mirror roll. The flash is tremendous. Both sides are a GEM original even gold/pale orange color. Zero spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are frosted and are fully struck. The eye appeal if this coin is glorious!

ONLY 900 were minted. PCGS 41, NGC 15, CAC 4. Throw out ALL the pricing guides here. There have not been ANY MS PCGS CAC 62-64 coins sold via auction in MANY years. No matter what, you will not find many properly graded survivors for date. This coin comes with the original Wayte Raymond flip from 1941!
