Overall, the surfaces appear clean. Only when using strong glass can you find scattered tiny ticks. The luster is moderate. Both side area deeper gold/pale apricot/rose colors. There are no spots or discolorations. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck. The eye appeal is fine.
PCGS 19, NGC 28, CAC 3. CAC has only beaned 2 in MS66. This was the last PCGS CAC piece sold via auction. It brought $3,643.00 12/2022. The current Collectors Universe value is $3,750.00. This is a VERY UNDERvalued date apparently!
