1929 $5 Gold Indian Head PCGS MS64+ (CAC) REALLY NICE! EX HALF DOME

You guessed it. Half Dome purchased the $5 1929 PCGS MS65 CAC last year at the FUN auction. One look at this amazing VERY HIGH END coin and you might wonder if the 65 was really that much nicer (it was). This coin has been off the market since 2012 with HALF DOME.

Remarkable surfaces actually are clean overall. Only when using a strong glass can you find a few tiny and widely scattered ticks. The coin is not hacked up. We are amazed at the coin’s original skin. There is a light color show happening. GEM original splashes of yellow gold/gold/pale pinkish gold dance all over. There is a tiny grease dot (not a fleck) hidden in the star at 11:00 on the obverse. EVERY detail on the Indian and Eagle are fully struck. The eye appeal is great!
