1911 10C Dime Barber PCGS PR68CAM (CAC) REMARKABLE! BLAY

For sure this is one of the greatest 1911 10C Proofs that exists. It is from the ultimate Barber 10C Collection-Blay . This coin is also quite frustrating to us. We have sent it in MULTIPLE times seeking a +. We make no promises as PCGS is being really wicked mean to this coin. In our ranking system we call it a SUPER HIGH END piece. We have handled many of the greatest Proof Barber 10C, this coin for sure stands as one of our all time favorites.

Deep and almost endless mirrors dominate the coin. The mirrors have zero imperfections. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors Have an intense “watery” like roll. Amazing shades of totally original evergreen/violet/royal blue/vivid olive/gold swirl all over like a kaliedscope. Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp ins trike and do have some frost. In hand, the eye appeal is jaw dropping!

Only 543 were ever minted. PCGS 3, NGC 4, CAC 2. The current Collectors Universe value is $21,500.00. We bought this coin directly from the Blay sale in 2023.
