No question this coin has exceptional quality and is more reddish then RB. We rank it VERY HIGH END!
Deep mirrors beam from all over. They have great clarity, exceptional cleanliness, and are highly reflective. When you twirl the coins, the mirrors have a “watery” roll. Both sides have a gorgeous mix of totally original tan/GEM Mint red/gold colors (hard to describe). Miss Liberty and the details are needle sharp on strike and have strong frost. The eye appeal is really gorgeous!
PCGS 86, NGC 58, CAC 24. PCGS has graded 7 in PR66+ RB. The last PCGS CAC to sell via auction was back in 2021 and that coin brought $1,645.00. The current Collectors Universe value is only $1,750.00. Seems too cheap for a SUPERB 142 year old GEM!
