Exquisite deep mirrors offer a lot of reflection even through the gorgeous toning. We used a strong glass and looked all over and found not even a microscopic mark. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors look like a freshly made sheet of glass. They do also have a slight watery like roll. Blended shades of totally original moderate blue, gold, teal, copper-red, sunset orange, peach, rose, and original silver dance together in the light. You do not have to imagine the colors. Picasso would be proud of them! We rank the colors a full 9+ using our toned Morgan scale of 1-10 (10 is the best). The contrast is strong. Miss Liberty and the details are a fully struck and stand out with thick frost. The eye appeal is tremendous!

Only 735 were minted. PCGS 4, NGC 18, CAC 7. Here is a sad fact: in 07/2017 this coin sold for $18,800.00. The market has been overlooking Proof Barbers for too long-that is now changing. The current Collectors Universe value is $13,500.00. Coins like this simply have not been appearing on the market in the past few years.
