Looking this coin over very carefully with a strong strong glass, we did find a microscopic tick-which may have been Mint made, but we would not hold that against the coin. The mirrors are what you dream about: deep, crystal clear, clean. When you twirl the coin, the mirrors have a bold watery like roll. The contrast is good. Jefferson and all of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is awesome!
PCGS 5, NGC 1, CAC 5. We think there has been a resubmission here. There has not been one sold via major public auction since 2016. The current price guides need some serious updating. Be glad this is not being sold in any auction!
