A fabulous deeply mirrored SUPERB GEM! We rank this coin VERY HIGH END!
Even thought his coin has moderate toning, you can clearly see the mirrors flash. We used a strong glass and looked all over and found no imperfections. When you twirl the coin, you can see the mirrors watery like roll. Both sides are bathed in natural colors. of pale blue/gold/pale russet/pale violet and a few more. There is some slight contrast. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and stand out. The eye appeal is wonderful!
Only 813 minted. PCGS 4, NGC 16, CAC 4. PCGS has graded 2 in PR67+. This coin just sold for $4,148.00 in the Stacks July sale. Prior to that, another with lesser color sold for $4,140.00 06/2026. The current Collectors Universe value is $6,250.00. We bought his marvelous SUPERB GEM right and will sell it very fairly.
