After a quiet week, we suddenly experienced a spurt of collectors wanting to buy gold. Generics were quite in demand. Of course, so was better gold. Our inventory of better gold is as low as we have ever experienced. At best, we can now only acquire one or two pieces at a time. Even Bust Gold has disappeared. We must keep reminding everyone how deep that “black hole” for coins has become. That is why, when you see something, do not overthink the price.
It is our opinion gold will break $3,000.00 sooner than later. That should provide an added boost to all gold coin sales. As you especially know about generics, the premiums are almost nonexistent right now. We LOVE the fact you can buy a GEM MS65 Saint for about 30% over MELT! As demand continues to rise on the coins, we see the premiums increasing too. To a small degree, it’s already started.
