We did steady business this past week. Nothing dramatic sold. However, collectors are seriously gearing up for the upcoming Larry Miller Sale (which we viewed).
Do not think you will go into that sale and steal something. It is the worst case auction for collectors. Beautiful coins, in OLD holders, being off the market for many years. We’re worried we could be blown out-but we will try hard!

Another VERY interesting fact, we have had SEVERAL serious inquiries to the $1 1794 PCGS SP 66 CAC. The piece is NOT for sale. At first we had the rip prices offered (the people who wanted to buy it cheap). Now we’re getting real and solid offers. As we said, VERY interesting.
We are still VERY optimistic for the coin market continuing improving. There is so much money that needs a place to go. Many people have a natural tendency to collect something. There absolutely IS new money coming in. Just not enough at the moment to make a huge splash-yet. The activity WILL increase as time goes on. We’re NOT being hucksters when we say prices will be seriously higher next year. Just follow the auctions right now. You can see certain groups with rising prices. Don’ say we did not warn you!
Last night Heritage sold a 1979 Wayne Gretzky card for $1.29 MILLION that was in GEM Mint Condition! Notice-GEM Mint-quality always matters.
We stand by our prediction, 2021 will be the year of the hard assets. Since July we’ve seen hard assets pick up steam.
Right now, we recommend building a PCGS CAC Gold Type set. Gold is percolating but not running-yet.

We looked at all the lots. Stacks has one heck of a collection.
Any lot that even has a shot to +, will go probably for the full next grade up in price. No, we are not smack talking. Look at the first Larry Miller sale. We are shaking our heads as to why some coins sold for 3X the amount they should have when the coins really did not warrant it.
And if a coin does not go for a crazy premium, you should be having an ugh oh moment as to why you got it. We assure you, all major dealers have viewed this sale. With a deep need for many to make money, few things will fall through the cracks.
