$1 1799/8 PCGS MS62 15 STARS

Sure, this coin has to come along when PCGS is beyond tight. We unhesitatingly grade this coin an MS62.9+. We did resubmit it once for an MS63. What the heck are we missing here (we make NO promises it will ever MS63)?

For a early dollar not to have any scrapes or visible issues-is amazing. Even if you use a powerful glass there is nothing to disappoint you. Just a few microscopic (and we mean that) old ticks can be found. The luster is okay and has a light glowing look. Both sides have splashes of totally original olive/golden brown/pewter/blue colors over a silver back drop. There are NO spots. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and have above average strikes. You can clearly tell this coin is totally original and has never been messed with. For an early Bust Dollar, the eye appeal is tremendous!

PCGS 10, NGC 1, CAC 3 (with only one bean higher).  The only record for a PCGS CAC piece ever selling was for one fetching $44,850.00 2011!  The premium for this coin is more then justified by its SUPER HIGH END quality and fantastic eye appeal. We really want this coin to be placed in a great home and not with a crack out dealer who will just destroy it possibly. We NEVER see lesser grade dollars as nice as this coin!
