$1 1849 PCGS MS64+

No other dealer ever has handled as many choice/GEM MS Seated Dollars as Legend Numismatics. We know our Seated Dollars in MS -how they come, what they should look like, etc. This HIGH END GEM was a “no brainer” for us to buy. At some point in its life it probably has a light dip. That does not matter as the coin came out super nice. Exceptional surfaces offer nothing more then a tiny tick/line or two. Even when using a strong glass no impairments are visible. The texture is sleek. There are light traces of semi-prooflike mirrors. There are some light possible mint made grease lines on the reverse. Obviously both sides are a shimmering white. Miss Liberty and the details are frosty and are totally fully struck. In fact they boldly stand out. The eye appeal of this coin is super! PCGS 18, NGC 18, CAC 1. This is the also the ONLY MS64+ graded-and obviously the ONLY MS64 beaned!  This coin last sold for $29,375.00 08/2014. Last year we sold the lone PCGS MS65 CAC for a price well over $100,000.00. We stand by our beliefs that for what ever reason these big beautiful coins are undervalued. Opportunity knocks loud here! NOTE this will be the highest grade you can buy for many, many years. The 65 is in a world class collection as is the MS67.
