Shimmering deep mirrors beam from all over. Besides being highly reflective, they are ultra clean and are crystal clear. The mirrors also look like a freshly made sheet of glass. An original moderate mix of gold/reddish gold/forest green/blue colors all swirl vividly on the obverse. The reverse has totally original colors of blue/deep champagne/pale purple. Miss Liberty and the details are thickly frosted and have crisp stand out full strikes. The eye is wonderful!
Only 1000 were minted but many were melted due to poor sale at the Mint. PCGS 3, NGC 7, CAC 3 (this may be 2X). PCGS has ONE PR67. The last one of these to sell in a major auction brought an astounding $76,375.00 06/2014. This piece is worthy of inclusion in the finest PR Seated, Type, or your set!
