s (pre certification), we think it would have been labeled a GEM PR65. It is that HIGH END and nice!
Bold mirrors beam from all over. The flash is intense. The mirrors are clean (just a few wispy lines can be seen with a strong glass) and have good clarity. When you twirl the coin you are nearly blinded by its flash. The contrast is full. Miss Liberty and the details are fully struck and are bathed in a thick original creamy white frost. The eye appeal is tremendous!
PCGS 15, NGC 10, CAC 4. PCGS has graded only 4 in PR64+ Cameo. NO PCGS CAC 64+ has ever been sold via auction. The last PR65 sold in 2015 (4 long years ago)! Good luck finding another!
